[Mozilla Announce] Firefox ESR 140.12 released

We are pleased to announce that the Firefox ESR 140.12 release is now
available for download at https://www.firefox.com/download/all/desktop-esr/.

Firefox ESR 115.37.0 is also now available for Windows 7-8.1 and macOS
10.12-10.14 users per the previously-announced window of extended security
support for that release.
