There seem to be a few blockers, though coordinating tests seems to be a 
little difficult with bugzilla being a bit wonky.

Here are the bugs i am aware of (and bug numbers, in case bugzilla lets 
you see bugs :)

127891 cannot properly print or print preview IFrames or FrameSets
manifests most clearly on home.netscape.com; let's put a nail in this 
one today.

138548 can't backspace in to: field of message compose window
 is bad, though not *technically* one of the smoketests. i'm inclined to 
get a fix
before opening the tree.
