win32 builds need distcleaning

I just landed the patch to bug 210393 which will cause the paths used by 
the Makefiles in win32 to change.  This change will require that *all* 
Makefiles been regenerated.  The safest way to do that is to a 'make 
distclean' and rebuild from scratch.  Sorry about the inconvenience.
