tinderbox orange

Anyone know whats up with the tinderbox orange? Shrike is timing out after 
trying to laod ftp://ftp.netscape.com/Welcome and has been for several 
hours.

My ftp checkins are in the blame window on shrike, but not on ports. The
branch tbox is also orange, and I didn't touch that (there were no
checkins to the branch during the time before this happened). Is there a
netscape networking issue, or is it a real problem of some sort? I don't 
have problems running the bloat tests locally on a build with my patch in, 
and other people on irc (including from within the netscape network) don't 
have problems loading that url with trunk builds.
