Go to the link at the bottom of the mail. You are on the list because you
subscribed... which requires a email confirmation from YOUR email address.
If you didn't sign up, try not letting other people access your email
account, and/or choose a more secure password next time.

(I get really sick of people asking this same damn question weekly... can a
list admin please put a line to this effect at the bottom of every email?)
