Did you use the (massively outdated) instructions at 
<http://www.caminobrowser.org/development/build/> or the new ones on 
the wiki <http://wiki.caminobrowser.org/Development:Building> (to 
which the former now point)?

In either case, if you stop by #camino on irc.mozilla.org (business 
hours and evenings US Eastern/Pacific, typically) someone will be 
happy to help with your build (alternatively, folks in the forum 
<http://forums.mozillazine.org/viewforum?f=12> can help asynchronous).

Unfortunately, the developer who knows about our PAC handling code 
has been extremely busy with his job for quite some time now :(
