[Camino] Ctrl+Cmd+D to invoke Dictionary

Could someone explain to a developer newbie why it is that Camino, as  
a Cocoa app, doesn't support Ctrl+Cmd+D to invoke the dictionary?  
This happens to be one of my favorite features of OS X Tiger, and I  
sorely miss the ability to show it off in Camino.
