[Camino] HTML application

Hi,

is there a way to build up HTML applications with camino?
Can it be run in a chrome/kiosk mode with an own application name maybe some features 
enabled / disabled like corsssite javascript, selection of text etc.

Like a HTA for Internet Explorer or XUL app in mozilla firefox.
