[Camino] Maximize Window defunct

Using the current beta version 2007022310 (1.1b), the maximize window  
feature is sometimes defunct (but not reproducable always - haven't  
found a pattern yet.)
- Open a new browser window
- Move window to be partially out of screen
- Clicking the maximize button (green) of the window shows no result.

I expect the window to scale if necessary and move fully visible to  
the screen.

Anyone else seeing this?
