Sounds like <https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=370587>, so  
you should try the steps there (fresh profile, spoof as Firefox) and  
see if one or both fixes it.

None of the developers have Citibank account, so we can't look into  
it directly.
