[Camino] Problems with Keystrokes

Hi,
    I'm trying to develop a Rich Internet Application and I'm having
problems with Camino in registering the Escape keystroke and also the Ctrl +
any of the four arrow keystrokes. Is there any way in Camino that I would be
able to detect when these keystrokes are executed?
