[Camino] downloads

"Remove" seems to do the exact same things as "Clean Up" as it only 
seems to delete the file listing from the Download window. I had 
expected that it would actually "remove"  the file from the download 
location, as in send to trash. Why 2 commands that seem to do the 
exact same thing?

Recently, I have found a need to delete downloaded files... and I 
thought "Remove" might do it. Might it be possible to have such a 
feature in Camino? The ability to delete, move to trash whatever for 
any downloaded file.
