Thank you again Joel, but still no luck.

To the best of my knowledge I have no third-party add-ons, certainly 
nothing from PimpMyCamino.

I moved the Camino folder from the ~/Library/Application Support to my 
Desktop. There was nothing in pref panes or Input Manager folders.
