No, not in that iCab manner.  As you've discovered, your options are 
either 1) Shift-Reload the entire page, or 2) View Image (or View 
Image in New Tab/Window--hold down Cmd after invoking the context 
menu) and then Shift-Reload just the image on a page of its own.

It's not quite elegant this way, but for something I need to do very 
rarely, a few extra steps beats context menu bloat ;-)
