[Camino] how to prompt to save or open downloads?

I've just switched from firefox to camino. I'm really quite pleased  
with it, but one thing is driving me crazy. How do I configure camino  
to prompt me whether to open or save downloads? I can get it to open  
everything. I can get it to save everything. But I can't figure out  
how to get it to pop up a dialog and ask me (like every other browser  
does).

I've rtfm. What am I missing?
