Example: I download an mp3 or m3u, I want it to go to the player app.
But I download a tar file, I want to save it.
You're saying that behavior is unreasonable? That's how all other
browsers work.
Besides, Camino already supports temporary downloads. Go to the
preferences->downloads page and you can set it up. It just works
poorly. You can open everything, or save everything, and you can't
tell it where to save it.
