[Camino] Not blocking Flash media from blocked sites

I have flash blocked.
But sites I visit display the Flash Icon to tell me that particular
site's Flash media is blocked

and

right under that the entire flash media is downloaded and played at the
same time. See, for example, the site at a running shoe company, New Balance
