There is a bug in Bugzilla about possible issues with empty href in
the <link rel="stylesheet"> element.

Basically, when loading the document in that case, the browsers
attempts to load it again as a stylesheet (href="" points to the
current document).
That bug was resolved as a dupe of an invalid one.

And it would very much surprise me if Firefox would show a different behaviour.
