I am using 1.6.1 and have not had any problem with atuo-fill -- both userid and passwords. The new installation is much improved and fully automatic with even the dock being updated. I haven't seen this before.

I too noticed I had to input passwords, but thank goodness they are
always in the Keychain! It's odd as so far, the userid gets filled in
by Keychain, but not the password. Then again userids COULD be from
the cookie. But so far, it seems to only happen once for each site.

An explanation as to why this is happened would be useful, just so we
know what it's supposed to do.
