trunk landing + new features

FYI, CaScadeS is about to land into Mozilla trunk, though not in the 
default build. This is covered by bmo bug 161663.
It will include two very important new features :

1. export an embedded stylesheet (STYLE element) to the local filesystem 
and switch from the embedded sheet to a link to that external copy

2. ability to edit an external stylesheet if it is local to the 
filesystem. In other words, if you attach a stylesheet to the document 
with a file:// URL, all modifications to the sheet will be saved on the 
disk :-)
