The correct order for margins, padding and borders is

Top Right Bottom Left

as in this shortcut

margin: 1px 2px 3px 4px;

Maybe you should change the order in the dialogs for consistency?

Top
Right
Bottom 
Left

Also, how about when you click the Rule button that an appropriate prefix is
added to the entry box when you click on the radio buttons

. for a class
  for an element (blank)
# for and id
