unable to install

Hi,

I install without problem on modzilla 1.0, 1.1, 1.2.  When I upgrade to 
1.3 and try again to install cascades  I receive and error on clicing on 
the CaScadeS XPI an after to the 0.3 or 0.2 I receive a failure code -201.
