Crash Data Never gets sent

I am limited to passive FTP because of NAT.

I have a problem on closing any Mozilla (1.72), Thunderbird(1.0), Firefox(0.82) 
application after the first complete instance of running it has been closed successfully 
and the product has been re-opened.

I finally turned off the data collection and now don't know how to re-initialize it.
If possible, I would like to e-mail in the data instead of send it (apparently by FTP).
