netscape 7.1 crashes when trying to attach files

Hi,

A few hours ago, my Netscatpe 7.1 mail begun to behave in a trange manner.
When trying to attach files to a mail message, no open dialog appears 
and after a few seconds the application is not responding. The 
re-instalation of Netscape didn't solve the problem.

What to do?
