crash: Master Passwords or Validation

Good Evening Mozilla Fans:

I have a very frustrating situation here.

I'm running Mozilla 1.5b on Linux
Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.5b) Gecko/20030827
Just upgraded this evening from 1.5a to see if I could
get by this problem.

I have several different user accounts on this machine.
Two users have absolutely no problem with this (or any)
version of mozilla and everything is fine.

I have one user that has a consistent crash in a couple
of different scenarios:
	1.  Edit preferences window, select Privacy & Security
		and press either "Master Passwords" or "Validation"
	2.  Go to google enter anything to search for, press "Google Search"

In both those cases the browser will consistently crash.
I've been comparing profiles and environments all this evening
trying to find something in this user that causes this.

This same crashing behavior was on v 1.5a

Any tips to work around this ?
