I think that's a good question!

I have had two talkback crashes, which for unknown reasons, it was 
unable to send in -
although it kept trying like heck.

I sent mail, checked the faq and, perhaps even logged it (it was a couple of
months so, I'm not certain off-hand whether or not I logged it).

I never got an answer back on how to send it or anything.
Not even so much as a "yes", "no", or a "go to hell from" anyone.

I'd guess they're not much use?
