Crash handlers on Windows -- what to use? (Re: Talkback builds - are they any use?)

AFAICS, the Talkback feature has not been re-activated yet. Not at least 
for nightly trunk builds on Windows.

While waiting for Talkback to return, a question: In what format do the 
Mozilla developers prefer to receive Mozilla crash data on the Windows 
platform? For some crash bug reports I have been using Inspector IIXII 
(<http://www.opera.com/support/search/supsearch.dml?index=432>) instead 
of the default Windows crash handler (Dr. Watson) since IIXII seems to 
generate a crash log in a format that at least the Opera browser 
developers prefer.

Does anyone have any insight, what's the most useful crash handler? What 
to use, in order to be most helpful and informative when submitting bug 
reports?
