Which LIB file are you using ? If it is a small LIB file, it is probably just the import library for the DLL . PKIX_PL functions are internal functions not exported from NSS3.dll . Why do you want to use those functions directly ? There is a public PKIX API, CERT_PKIXVerifyCert, which you should use.
