Ah, I see. I had no intention to choose secp256k1 in particular, it's
just that xmlsec's ECDSA-SHA256 testcase uses it.

To avoid solving multiple problems at once, probably I'll go for an
other ECDSA testcase first where the parameter is supported by NSS. :-)
