tstclnt request and selfserv response

Hi,
Using NSS 3.37

How to take selfserv to send response when it is connected by a client?

Can I implement the below case in shell?
1. tstclnt sends specific request to selfserv;
2. and then the selfserv sends specific response to the tstclnt;
3. (Optional) the tstclnt quits automatically after it receives the
response.
