NSS 3.32.1 redundancy and failover

Hello,

Is there a feature within NSS that provides redundancy and fail over (high availability) ? If so, could you please provide me information on how to achieve this behavior.

FYI, we are using NSS 3.32.1 with SQL Lite DB.
