The NSPR 4.34 release is now available.  The hg tag is
NSPR_4_34_RTM.  The source tar file can be downloaded from
https://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/nspr/releases/v4.34/src/

NSPR 4.34 contains the following changes:
- add an API that returns a preferred loopback IP
   on hosts that have two IP stacks available.
   Currently used only by NSS test utilities.
