That file is broken in CVS.

You should add the option 'ac_add_options
--disable-updater' to your mozconfig and rebuild.

(There is a BeOS-patch in bug if you want to build it,
but it may be outdated.=20

Maybe I should take a look at it again. (Btw execv is
not functioning well under BeOS, it has troules both
with 'single launch'-flag and leaving zombies around.)
