ports help : bug 195093

I'm writting to ask for help with porting my patch for bug 195093. I 
made a rather large patch to modernize nsILocale and friends. It turned 
out that there are platform-specific files that I can't test on my own. 
It'd be nice if those with OS2, BeOS and MacOS could try the patch and 
upload the fix if there's any problem. Just compiling and letting me 
know  where it goes wrong would be helpful as well.

To test it, you have to apply the patch and compile intl/, extensions/, 
and mailnews/. After the compilation, you have to browse a few web pages 
(non-English pages if possible) and read emails (non-English if 
possible). Also opening up a download manager and checking if the 
date/time format is that of the current locale is a good check.

It'll take at most 30 minutes. TIA,
