I have just come across a strange incident.

Last Friday, I have upgraded my TB and Lightning to the latest version, 
made a new calendar using the new URL as stated by Iacopo above and 
everything was working perfectly.  The old calendar was deleted, by the way.

Today, when I open TB again, I have a yellow exclamation mark next to my 
calendar and it just refused to sync.  I don't use offline cal, so that 
means I have no event at all in my Lightning.  When I check the cal's 
property, the "Switch this calendar on" option is disabled.  No matter 
how many times I switched it on, it's still off!

Then I quit TB and restarted it again and now it works!  Weird.
