This has happened 2 times to me today:
2 to 3 hours after TB was launched for the first time today, this 
problem occurred.
I then quit and reopened TB (ie 2nd time of the day), and few hours 
later, the problem happened again.  Re-opening TB resolved again the 
problem.
But I will close down TB for the day in an hour so I don't think I'll be 
able to tell if the problem would happen again.
