Nope :p  But I have just tested under Win7 with
* TB 28.0a1 (2013-10-30) (thunderbird-28.0a1.en-US.win32.installer.exe)
* Lightning 2.10a1 (lightning-2.10a1.en-US.win32.xpi)

I just created one calendar (without calendar.network.multirealm set to 
true) and everything is fine.  Do you need me to test with two cals?

Your URL is too "generic" for Calendar ID part.  Be careful of the part 
after @

It seems to me that for primary calendar, we have [email protected]
while for additional calendars we have [email protected]
