I have a Google Apps account, so - for my primary calendar - the part 
after the @ is my domain. My other calendars have 
"@group.calendar.google.com". Calendars that are shared with me by 
others (who are also in my Google Apps domain) also have @Lairo.com.

I can see a *few* of the lesser important CalDav calendars in Lightning 
- some have the new URL (e.g. my contacts' birthdays), and some have the 
old URL (e.g. my daughter's school's Google Apps calendar).

Old URL:
https://www.google.com/calendar/dav/[email protected]/events

New URL:
https://apidata.googleusercontent.com/caldav/v2/#[email protected]/events

Weird ... and frustrating.
