cs locale problems?

I'm not able to build the cs locale for lightning 2.6.4 - known issue?

RuntimeError: File "chrome/calendar/calendar-extract.properties" not found in 
/builddir/build/BUILD/thunderbird-lightning-2.6.4/l10n/cs/calendar
