I have been told by reliable sources on IRC #maildev that TB Daily 
31.0a1 is not out yet.

I haven't seen an updated Lightning 3.3a1 yet.

Confirmed that 3.2a1 doesn't work with my update today. Maybe because 
the UA is; Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:31.0) Gecko/20100101 
Firefox/31.0 Thunderbird/30.0a1

Looks like a 30.0a1 build is running on Gecko 31.
