Description of problem:

Current repo version 0.32-5 no longer works with GCal.  GCal now seems to
require OAuth, which the current addons.mozilla.org version, 1.0.2, does
support.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.  Try to subscribe to Google calendar.
2.  Password prompt keeps re-appearing despite XML link, username and password
being correct.
