A little follow-up:
I've uninstalled TB totally from my home computer last night.  By 
"totally", I mean I also deleted profile and cache folders.  Everything 
related to TB was removed from my computer.

Then I installed the latest 38.0.1 which has Calendar *integrated*.

But I still had that dialog from time to time...
