Does anyone know which version of ldap c sdk support cert8.db?

Hi all,
    I see mozilla ldap c sdk 5.0 can only work with cert7.db. Does
anybody know which version can work with cert8.db?

   And does anybody know how to create cert7.db by using netscape 4.7?
