i wonder if moving PRLDAP_OPT_IO_MAX_TIMEOUT upper [ as suggested
in a diff msg by Mark ] in that code  sample RamaKrishna posted
can fix LDAP_PARAM_ERROR ? if not we certainly need to track this
.
