Hmm - I'm using RHEL4 with the bundled thunderbird/seamonkey.  There is 
no libssldap.  There is a libprldap, though.  So I'm a bit confused. 
Either LDAP SSL just works somehow with thunderbird despite the lack of 
libssldap, or it doesn't work despite the fact that there is a Use 
Secure Connection (SSL) in the LDAP server configuration dialog in the 
Address Book.
