Thanks for your reply. But which versions of nspr and nss should I use for the same? Also, I couldn't find pre-built versions of nss and nspr. Can you please help me out with that too?

we did actually remove dependency on libICU when merging. get the latest
ftp://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/directory/c-sdk/releases/v6.0.4/src
and use that instead.
