nsIDOMNSDocument on 1.9

I am getting a 0x80004002 no interface error when trying to QI
nsIDOMNSDocument out of nsIDOMDocument on a HTML file. It was working
fine on 1.8. Does anyone know if 1.9 change direction on this? How can
I obtain nsIDOMDocument in this case? QI both nsIDOMHTMLDocument and
nsIDOMNSHTMLDocument out of nsIDOMDocument work fine on 1.9. Thanks.
