You should perform a custom install of an official Mozilla build to 
ensure that the crash reporter (TalkBack) component is installed. Having 
done this the next crash should trigger the crash reporter. After the 
crash reporter has logged the crash with the server you can then launch 
the talkback.exe component which will list the IDs of all the reported 
crashes. Then paste the ID (including the TB prefix) into a comment in 
the bug report. Bugzilla will then convert it into a link to the 
talkback server.
