Composer as a separate application

Hi,
I'm looking a Composer as a separate application.
Exactly I need a GPL cross platform wysiwyg HTML editor.
In Mozilla Seamonkey Suite there is the Composer, a good editor, but come toghether with a big application, not everytime usefull.
Firefox/Thunderbird/Sunbird work separately, with about all the functionality of Seamonkey, but Composer is missing.
I see some pages about the editor project, speaking about base component, like UI, widget, DOM, ecc..., but no complete editor application.

Is this developer list about this pourpose?
Give me some news please.
