Ideal environment would be, to create it so, that it would work within
a maximum security setting in Windows XP, Vista, 7, in the %temp%
environment folder, in the "Low" folder where actions of programs are
the most limited.

Allowed rights would be, one executable without admin rights, but with
read & write file-io rights within the %temp% folder, and a port 80
open for its use.
